About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of experience in field sales and marketing, preferably in the Security Services, Housekeeping, or Facility Management industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating business leads, identifying potential clients, building relationships, and acquiring new customers for security and housekeeping services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients, including corporate offices, IT parks, residential communities, hospitals, hotels, malls, factories, and commercial establishments.
- Generate new business opportunities for security guards, housekeeping staff, facility management, and manpower services.
- Conduct regular field visits and meet prospective clients to understand their business requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, HR managers, Admin Heads, purchase managers, and decision-makers.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and service presentations to prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.




- Coordinate with the operations team to understand client requirements and ensure smooth service delivery after onboarding.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
- Maintain daily field visit reports, lead databases, and sales pipeline updates.
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Field Marketing, Field Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in Security Services, Housekeeping, Facility Management, or Manpower Outsourcing will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Positive knowledge of the Hyderabad market and local business network.
- Ability to independently handle field visits and client meetings.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and conversion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience selling security guard and housekeeping manpower services.
- Existing connections with corporate offices, residential societies, hospitals, hotels, factories, and commercial establishments.
- Self-motivated, confident, and willing to travel across Hyderabad for business development activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
