- Field Associate

Objective: To drive sales growth by identifying recent business opportunities, acquiring clients, developing customer relationships, and managing logistics service coordination, customer queries, and transporter relationships.

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

Identify and generate potential leads for logistics, transportation services and fuel stations; approach prospective clients, conduct meetings, and convert leads into business opportunities.

Service Coordination & Query Handling

Handle client queries related to logistics, transportation services and fuel stations; coordinate with transporters and fuel stations, placement resolve service related issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service.

Client Relationship Management & Customer Satisfaction

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients; maintain regular communication, address client queries, coordinate issue resolution, and develop long-term business relationships.

Field Visits & Sales Conversion

Conduct field visits and client meetings across assigned territories, including PAN India locations; follow up on leads, understand client requirements,



negotiate commercial terms, support sales closures, and achieve assigned sales targets to contribute to revenue growth.

Business Development & Market Expansion

Identify new markets, customers, and opportunities to expand the company's logistics business; track market trends, competitor activities, customer demands, and new business opportunities.

Sales Reporting, Documentation & Follow-up

Maintain lead records, client databases, visit reports, follow-up records, and sales pipeline updates; follow up on pending proposals and enquiries; maintain accurate sales documentation and provide regular updates.

What We Are Looking For A reliable team member who can manage changing priorities and take responsibility for sales and field level activities in an early-stage startup.

Good to have/ Additional Preferred Skills

Knowledge of software products.

Basic troubleshooting skills.

Understanding of the payment ecosystem.

Target-oriented and self-driven approach.
