- Supervise the daily activities of the wait staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Ensure that all staff members adhere to service standards and policies.
- Conduct pre-service briefings and ensure staff are well-informed about the menu, special promotions, and any service instructions.
- Train and mentor current staff members.
- Greet guests, escort them to their tables, and ensure that they receive excellent service throughout their dining experience.
- Address guest complaints and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Take and serve orders accurately, and ensure that all food and beverages are served according to the company’s standards.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu, including ingredients,



preparation methods, and potential allergens.
- Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Manage special requests and dietary requirements, ensuring they are conveyed to the kitchen accurately.
- Coordinate food pick-up from the kitchen, ensuring the right presentation and temperature.
