Fabmark Group is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Fashion Designer to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with a strong understanding of fashion trends, garment construction, fabrics, and design development who can bring fresh ideas and innovative concepts to life.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for style, excellent creative skills, and the ability to take a design from initial concept through to final production.

Key Responsibilities

- Research current fashion trends, market demands, and emerging styles.
- Develop original fashion concepts, sketches, and design collections.
- Create technical drawings, CAD designs, and detailed specifications.
- Select appropriate fabrics, colors, trims, and materials.
- Work closely with pattern makers, sample makers, and production teams.
- Oversee sample development and provide feedback on fit, quality, and finishing.
- Ensure designs meet quality standards, production requirements, and deadlines.
- Maintain consistency with brand identity and seasonal design direction.




- Collaborate with team members to develop commercially appealing collections.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and innovations.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Diploma or degree in Fashion Design or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in fashion design or apparel development.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, textiles, garment construction, and fit.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or other fashion design software.
- Ability to create technical sketches, flats, and detailed tech packs.
- Strong understanding of garment production and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a team workplace.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous fashion design work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
