Position: Facility Manager

Experience: 5-8 Years

Location: Khopoli, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

To manage overall facility operations of the park, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, safety, infrastructure maintenance and a seamless guest experience. The role involves coordinating with various departments, implementing SOPs and ensuring all facilities are safe, functional and well-maintained.

1. Facility Management & Upkeep

- Ensure overall cleanliness, hygiene and upkeep of the park, buildings, common areas and guest facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely resolution of housekeeping and facility-related issues.

1. Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees.
- Coordinate with safety and security teams to identify risks and implement safety procedures and emergency response plans.

1. Maintenance & Infrastructure

- Monitor preventive and routine maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, machinery and utilities, including electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Ensure timely servicing and repairs in coordination with internal maintenance teams and external vendors.

1. Team & Vendor Management

- Coordinate and supervise housekeeping, maintenance,



security and other facility-related teams, ensuring effective manpower deployment.
- Manage external vendors and service providers, ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to agreed standards.

1. SOP Implementation & Operational Excellence

- Implement SOPs, conduct regular audits and maintain records of inspections, maintenance activities and corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and operational improvements, and prepare periodic facility performance reports.

Required Skills and Experience: -Solid knowledge of facility management, infrastructure maintenance, housekeeping and safety standards.

- Understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and utility management.
- Strong team handling, vendor management and coordination skills.
- Good communication, problem-solving and operational management abilities.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in facility management, preferably in amusement parks, theme parks, hospitality, malls, resorts or large commercial establishments.
- Graduate / Diploma holder in Facility Management, Engineering or a relevant discipline, with experience managing large properties and multiple operational teams preferred.
