About WTF

WTF (wtf.fitness) runs 60 premium gyms of its own across Delhi NCR plus ~200 partner gyms (WTF Powered) - ~270 gyms, 85,000+ members. A premium gym runs 16-18 hours a day: air-conditioning, lights, showers, water, music and 100+ machines have to work every hour. Facilities is how members feel the brand.

Not for single-building admin or front-office administration roles - this is multi-site, hands-on maintenance leadership.

What you own

- Uptime of every WTF gym: HVAC/AC, electrical and DG/inverter, plumbing and water, washrooms and steam/showers, lighting, fire safety, CCTV/access, and gym equipment upkeep with OEM vendors.
- Preventive-maintenance calendar for 60 gyms; ticket SLAs (same-day for anything a member can feel); monthly gym audits.
- Lead the team: assistant facility manager(s) and 20 multi-skilled technicians; hire, train, schedule, audit.




- Vendors and AMCs (AC, lifts, DG, fire, pest, housekeeping supplies): rates, contracts, quality; repairs and capex budget.
- New gym fit-outs and handovers with the projects team; snag lists closed before launch.

Who fits

- 8-13 years in facilities/engineering, at least 3 running many sites: hotel engineering (Taj, Marriott, Lemon Tree), retail/QSR chains, gym chains (Cult, Anytime Fitness), or FM companies (JLL, CBRE, Cushman, Sodexo, ISS).
- Diploma/B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical) preferred; you can diagnose an AC or DB fault yourself.
- Travels across NCR every week.

Work: Sector 9, Noida (head office) + regular visits to gyms across Delhi NCR • full time, on-site • 6 days • CTC 12-18 LPA.
