: Receive incoming fabric and trim shipments against Purchase Orders (POs) and Proforma Invoices (PIs). Check quantities, weights, roll lengths, color shades, GSM (grams per square meter), width, and composition.

- Quality Control &

- Defect Tracking

: Inspect materials for defects using standard checking systems (such as the four-point system) and coordinate with the quality or merchandising team to flag or return non-conforming lots.

- Inventory &

- Stock Management

: Maintain accurate digital and physical records of stock, inward/outward movement, consumption, and balances using ERP systems, tally sheets, or spreadsheets like Google Sheets.

- Lot &

- Roll Rotation (FIFO)

: Enforce First-In, First-Out (FIFO)

- Production Issuance: Issue fabrics and trims strictly against approved job cards, production requisitions, or cutting room challans. Monitor consumption, wastage, and shortages.

- Vendor &

- Purchase Coordination

: Coordinate with suppliers, purchase heads, and processing units for pending deliveries, replacements, and quality adjustments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
