Role Description The Export Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing and growing Daikin’s export operations. This position manages end-to-end export processes, including documentation, compliance with international trade regulations, coordination with logistics partners, and communication with overseas customers and distributors.

The role includes developing and executing export sales plans, monitoring market trends, identifying current business opportunities, and supporting international business strategy for targeted regions.

The Export

Manager collaborates with internal teams such as sales, finance, supply chain, and production to ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate pricing, and adherence to quality standards.



Daily responsibilities also involve performance reporting, forecasting, and maintaining solid relationships with key stakeholders to drive sustainable export growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong export and international trade skills, including knowledge of export documentation, customs regulations, and global trade compliance.
- Candidates should possess business planning and international business skills to support market analysis, regional strategies, and long-term growth plans.
- Candidates should possess sales skills focused on international markets, including negotiation, account management, and revenue target achievement.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage overseas partners effectively.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle complex export operations, resolve issues, and optimize processes.
- Candidates should preferably have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in export management, preferably within manufacturing, HVAC, or related industrial sectors.
- Candidates should be proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP or export management systems; additional language skills will be an advantage.
