Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate pilot-scale and commercial trials, including scheduling and assisting with new product development (NPD) trials.

- Provide production support at the Ambernath plant as and when required to ensure smooth operations and successful product scale-up.

- Arrange raw materials for trials according to approved schedules and product specifications.

- Coordinate with QA, Production, and other cross-functional teams to support trials, resolve issues, and ensure product quality.

- Research and evaluate local and global innovations, technologies, ingredients, and product trends to identify opportunities for product development.

- Support brand development and sales strategy through product innovation, benchmarking, and market insights.

- Maintain trial records, document results, and support improvements based on trial outcomes and feedback.

- Ensure that product development and trial activities comply with applicable food safety standards and FSSAI requirements.

Qualification & Experience

- B.Tech. or M.Sc. in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.





- Minimum 2 years of experience in research and development, new product development, or production within the food industry.

- Hands-on experience in product development, raw material handling, and conducting product trials.

- Knowledge of FSSAI regulations and food safety requirements.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
