1.Proper indexing of all records and documents

2 GRN report , GRN postings , GRN completion , on daily basis and issuance.

3 Completion all type of MM transactions in the System ( Service PO, GRN & etc.,)

1. Accuracy in counts / measures of items during receipt and issues.

5 Recording inward / outward movement for all engineering items 6.Identification of non moving materials with respect to time study and report to Managment

7.Booking the material with economical transport

8.Valuable house keeping practices and 5s audits in the working area.

9.Compliance to SHE standard and PPE for self and contract recruits.
