- Looking after institutional sales - Govt. Tenders
- Prepare Tender documentation and Participate in Govt. Tenders
- Follow up concerned person at the plant to dispatch material on time to avoid late deduction.
- Taking care of sales transaction and back end support
- Follow-up payments with customers after due date & making notes
- Prepare all Domestic Sale Orders in SAP
- Organizing Sales & Due payment Statement in SAP
- Prepare all commercial invoices in SAP and send to the customer for payment.
- Managing the marketing support department & coordinating with regional offices
- Preparing MIS(Multi) reports and submit to the management
- Coordinating with PPIC Department & Scheduling department for timely delivery of finished products,
