Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – HR to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of recruitment processes, strong coordination skills, and good working knowledge of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across functions.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers and departmental heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, LinkedIn, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic discussions to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules, candidate feedback, and selection processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring status reports using MS Excel.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer acceptance, documentation, and joining.




- Monitor recruitment progress and support timely closure of open positions.
- Prepare regular recruitment MIS and ensure accurate maintenance of recruitment records.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including filters, sorting, formulas, and data management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA in HR / Human Resources.
- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Willingness to work from the Gurugram or Faridabad office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
