Role Description The Executive role at Generali Central Insurance is a full-time position based in Thane with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in office presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The Executive will support daily business operations, including coordinating with internal teams, preparing and updating reports, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include handling customer and partner queries, following established procedures, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company guidelines. The role also involves monitoring workflow,



identifying process improvements, and assisting in implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality. The Executive will collaborate across departments, participate in regular reviews, and contribute to a professional, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including data management and report preparation.
