Role & responsibilities

1. Ensure compliance with GMP, cGMP, ISO, FSSAI and other regulatory requirements.

2. Prepare, review and maintain SOPs and quality-related documents.

3. Review BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records) and BPR (Batch Packaging Records).

4. Perform line clearance and in-process quality checks.

5. Handle deviations, CAPA and change control.

6. Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.

7. Investigate quality-related complaints and identify root causes.

8. Review and approve validation protocols and reports.

9. Maintain proper documentation and document control.

10. Coordinate with Production, QC, R&D; and Regulatory Affairs departments.

11. Ensure GMP implementation throughout manufacturing operations.

12. Monitor and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).

- B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm

- Biotechnology or Microbiology background
