- 5+ years of experience in Event Management, Experiential Marketing, Campus Engagement, or Entertainment.

- Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative, large-scale events and student-centric activities.

- A creative mind that understands youth culture, trends, music, entertainment, and engagement.

- Ability to create campus festivals, cultural celebrations, flash mobs, talent shows, themed events, competitions, and unique student experiences.

- Strong vendor management, budgeting, team coordination, and execution skills.

- Excellent communication, networking, and leadership abilities.
