Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and technically sound EV Trainer with in-depth knowledge of Electric Vehicle technology and hands-on practical experience. The candidate should be capable of engaging students, delivering interactive classroom and practical sessions, and proactively developing students' technical understanding and practical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive classroom and hands-on training sessions on EV technology.
- Engage students through demonstrations, discussions, activities, and practical assignments.
- Deliver sessions proactively with confidence, clarity, and effective communication.
- Train students on EV components, batteries, motors, controllers, BMS, chargers, wiring, and electrical systems.
- Demonstrate EV assembly, electrical connections, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Prepare and deliver PPT-based lectures, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.




- Evaluate students' theoretical knowledge and practical performance.
- Maintain EV lab equipment, tools, and training infrastructure.
- Support workshops, certification programs, and industry training activities.
- Ensure compliance with electrical and EV safety standards during practical sessions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automobile, EV Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in the EV industry, EV training, service, maintenance, or technical projects.
- Strong and in-depth technical knowledge of EV technology, components, and electrical systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident personality with the ability to engage, motivate, and manage students effectively.
- Ability to independently and proactively deliver classroom and practical training sessions.
- Prior experience as a Technical Trainer is an added advantage.
- Must have a personal laptop for conducting PPT-based classroom sessions.

Key Expectations: Solid EV technical expertise, student engagement, confident presentation, effective communication, and proactive session delivery. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
