Proposal Management

Lead complete proposal preparation for international EPC, Oil & Gas, Energy, Utility, and Industrial Automation projects.

Tender Review

Analyze RFQs, ITBs, RFPs, technical specifications, scope documents, and commercial terms.

Estimation

Prepare detailed cost estimations, BOQs, pricing models, man-hour calculations, and project budgets.

Technical Bid Preparation

Develop technical proposals, compliance statements, deviation lists, architecture drawings, and solution descriptions.

Commercial Bid Preparation

Prepare commercial offers, pricing strategies, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual responses.

Vendor Coordination

Obtain quotations from OEMs, panel manufacturers, software suppliers, and subcontractors.

Cross-functional Coordination

Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Projects, Finance, and Management teams.

Client Interaction

Participate in bid clarification meetings, pre-bid meetings, and technical-commercial discussions with customers.

Contract Review

Review customer contracts, identify risks, deviations, liabilities, and mitigation plans.

Proposal Tracking





Maintain tender logs, bid status reports, proposal database, and management dashboards.

Negotiation Support

Assist leadership during commercial negotiations and order finalization.

Continuous Improvement

Standardize estimation formats, proposal templates, costing methodologies, and bidding processes.

Must-Have Experience

Details

Proposal Experience

Minimum 8-10 years in Proposal, Tendering, or Estimation functions

International Exposure

Mandatory experience in preparing proposals for Global / International Projects

Automation Knowledge

Experience in DCS, PLC, SCADA, RTU, HMI, IIoT, Industrial Automation Solutions

EPC Exposure

Experience working with EPC customers and international consultants

Costing Expertise

Hands-on experience in project costing, estimation, man-hour calculations, and commercial evaluations

Documentation Skills

Strong capability to prepare skilled technical and commercial bid documents

Client Handling

Experience in handling international customer communications and bid clarifications
