Functional • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into system requirements and solutions in Workday HCM.

- Configure and maintain Workday HCM module(s) including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting as per the client’s business processes.
- Conduct gap analysis and make recommendations for improvements to existing HR processes using Workday best practices.
- Assist with data migration, including data mapping, validation, and transformation from legacy systems to Workday.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate testing efforts with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver training materials and conduct workshops to educate end users on Workday functionality.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and resolve any system-related issues.
- Stay up to date with Workday release updates and current features, advising clients on how to leverage these enhancements.
- Contribute to project documentation, including functional specifications,



process maps, and training guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, identify gaps, and provide solutions tailored to their financial processes and Workday functionality.
- Configure Workday Financials modules (including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Procurement, and Financial Reporting) to meet client specifications.
- Conduct testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide support during the implementation phase to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Develop training materials and lead training sessions for end-users to enhance user adoption of Workday • Analyze business requirements and translate them into integration solutions within Workday.
