Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Manager with robust technofunctional expertise in Frappe / Next ERP. The role involves managing end-to-end ERP implementation, understanding business processes, configuring ERP workflows, managing databases, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, from requirement gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Understand business processes and translate functional requirements into ERP configurations and solutions.
- Manage ERP modules, workflows, forms, reports, roles, permissions, and customizations within the Frappe framework.
- Drive client discussions, requirement mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Oversee database architecture, data migration, data validation, backup, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate with developers, functional consultants, and business stakeholders for implementation deliverables.
- Manage integrations, testing, UAT, issue resolution, and system upgrades.
- Ensure data accuracy, system security, and implementation quality.
- Prepare project documentation, user manuals,



and conduct end-user training.
- Manage project timelines, risks, stakeholder expectations, and post-implementation support.

Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Frappe Framework and Next ERP.
- Expertise in ERP implementation and business process mapping.
- Understanding of ERP modules, workflows, configurations, and customizations.
- Strong database knowledge, preferably MariaDB / MySQL.
- Experience in data migration, SQL queries, database optimization, and reporting.
- Understanding of Python, JavaScript, APIs, and system integrations.
- Experience with UAT, deployment, troubleshooting, and ERP support.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 8–14 years of experience in ERP implementation and consulting.
- Strong technofunctional understanding with hands-on implementation exposure.
- Ability to independently manage ERP projects and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple implementation assignments will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate: A technofunctional ERP professional who can bridge business requirements, Frappe / Next ERP capabilities, and database architecture to deliver successful ERP implementations. Pay: ₹1,545,000.00 - ₹2,060,000.00 per year
