About the Role

We are looking for an ERP Presales Consultant who can understand customer requirements, map business needs to ERP solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and support the sales team with solution presentations and proposals. Strong ERP functional knowledge and customer-handling skills are essential, while technical/development experience is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct ERP product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements, business processes, pain points, and operational challenges.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to appropriate ERP features and functionalities.
- Prepare and deliver solution presentations, process flows, feature documents, proposals, and solution briefs.
- Participate in customer meetings, requirement discussions, solution workshops, and product demonstrations.
- Support the Sales team throughout the pre-sales cycle, from initial discussions to proposal submission and closure.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, ERP Consultants, Developers,



and Technical teams to design feasible ERP solutions.
- Provide functional and technical inputs for RFPs, RFQs, and client proposals.
- Understand existing customer processes and recommend ERP solutions for process improvement and automation.
- Prepare customized demos and solution approaches based on specific customer requirements.
- Address customer queries related to ERP functionality, implementation approach, integrations, workflows, and customization.
- Support solution estimation, scope definition, and effort discussions in coordination with technical and delivery teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders throughout the pre-sales engagement.
- Stay updated on ERP trends, technologies, business processes, and competitor solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience in ERP Presales, ERP Consulting, ERP Implementation, Business Analysis, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes and modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Finance, HR, CRM, etc.
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution mapping.
- Experience in conducting ERP product demonstrations and customer presentations.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle, including configuration, customization, testing, data migration, deployment, and go-live.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical ERP solutions.
- Experience in preparing proposals, solution documents, presentations, RFP/RFQ responses, and process flows.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Positive understanding of ERP integrations, workflows, reporting, and customization.
- Ability to work closely with Sales, Business Analysts, Developers, and Implementation teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
