As an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) functional consultant, your role is to provide expertise and guidance in implementing and optimizing ERP systems within organizations. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and then configure and customize the ERP software to meet those needs. Your primary responsibilities may include:
- Consulting implementation and training of end-users utilizing primarily Dynamics ERP/ SAP.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business processes, objectives, and specific requirements for implementing an ERP system.
- Translating business requirements into functional specifications and designing an appropriate ERP solution. This includes configuring the ERP software modules, defining workflows, and creating system design documents.
- Documenting as-is and to-be within accurate and detailed scoping documents
- Liaising with developers and clients act as a point of communication.




- Creating and maintaining documentation related to the ERP implementation, including functional specifications, user manuals, training materials, and progress reports.
- Collaborating with technical consultants or developers to ensure the smooth integration of the ERP system with other software applications and to address any technical issues that may arise.
- Conducting various tests to ensure the ERP system functions properly and meets the client s requirements.
- Map the business scenarios in D365 BC/Navision/SAP B1

- UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- ERP Configuration and Setup.

Candidate Requirement:

- Proven experience as a functional consultant implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / SAP or a similar ERP system.
- Robust understanding of ERP concepts, modules, and functionality (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Proficiency in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and functional design
- Experience in system configuration and customization within an ERP environment
- Knowledge of data migration and integration processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and stakeholders
- Ready to travel client site as and when required.
