URGENT HIRING – ERP LEAD (ERPNext / Frappe)

Location: Ballabhgarh, Faridabad

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 Per Month

Experience: 2–5 Years

Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 Days On-Site Every Week

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1)- Manage ERPNext system and resolve daily user issues

2)- Automate workflows using ERPNext scripts, reports & dashboards

3)- Use AI tools and MCP integrations for automation, reporting & troubleshooting

4)- Understand and improve processes across Production, Quality, Stores, Dispatch, Accounts, HR & other departments

5)- Manage user training, SOPs, data quality & permissions

KEY REQUIREMENTS

1)- 2–5 years of hands-on ERPNext / Frappe experience (v14/v15 preferred)

2)- Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, SQL & REST APIs

3)- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT / Claude; interest in MCP & agent-based automation

4)- Manufacturing process knowledge is a strong plus

5)- Good communication, problem-solving & user-support skills
