Position: Equity Research Analyst Indian Markets

Location: Pune

Experience: 2–6 Years

Employment: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct fundamental research on Indian listed companies and industries.
- Analyse financial statements, quarterly results, annual reports and regulatory filings.
- Evaluate business models, financial performance, valuations and growth prospects.
- Prepare equity research reports, company profiles, earnings updates and sector reports.
- Develop stock ideas and investment recommendations based on research.
- Analyse management commentary, investor presentations and earnings conference calls.
- Prepare quarterly earnings previews and reviews.
- Interact with company management and other stakeholders.




- Deliver high-quality research reports within defined deadlines.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics or related discipline.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in Equity Research / Investment Research.
- Strong understanding of Indian equity markets (NSE/BSE).
- Hands-on experience in fundamental analysis and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent financial research and report-writing skills.
- Knowledge of company valuation and financial modelling.
- NISM Research Analyst certification (Series XV) or CFA preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Pune-based candidates preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
