The Fisherman's Wharf is looking for a qualified and experienced Engineering Supervisor to oversee and support engineering and maintenance operations across all its restaurant units.
The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, relevant experience in a 5-star hotel, and the ability to manage maintenance activities while ensuring smooth functioning of all facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations across all Fisherman's Wharf units.
- Oversee electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and general maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance work.
- Ensure all equipment, utilities and facilities are maintained in proper working condition.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
- Monitor maintenance requirements and ensure timely resolution of breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs and equipment servicing.
- Travel across all Fisherman's Wharf units as required to provide engineering support.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a 5-star hotel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer savvy, with working knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage maintenance activities independently.
- Willingness to travel across all Fisherman's Wharf units.
