Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer with a strong background in high-rise building projects and experience working with contracting/EPC organizations. The candidate will be responsible for the execution, coordination, supervision and monitoring of MEP services, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and ELV systems, ensuring quality standards and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate MEP works, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and ELV services at project sites.
- Oversee installation, execution, testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Coordinate ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, PA systems, structured cabling and other low-voltage systems.
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, technical specifications and BOQs.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and other project teams to ensure smooth execution.




- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications and project timelines.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements and applicable project guidelines.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely closure.
- Maintain site documentation, progress reports and execution records.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in MEP execution.
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- Experience in high-rise residential/commercial building projects is mandatory.
- Candidates from a contracting/EPC background are preferred.
- Good understanding of MEP services, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and ELV systems.
- Knowledge of installation, testing and commissioning of MEP and ELV systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Solid site coordination, execution and problem-solving skills.
