We are looking for an experienced and skilled Setter cum Programmer for our Steel Valve Casting Machining Division.
Job Responsibilities:
- CNC Turning / VMC machine setting and programming.
- Prepare and modify CNC programmes as per component drawings.
- Knowledge of G-code and M-code.
- Tool selection, setting, offsets and fixture setting.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of machined components.
- Troubleshooting and cycle time optimisation.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in machining steel valve castings will be an added advantage.
- Must be capable of independent machine setting and programming.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
