Job Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end execution of faade works across high-rise developments, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with design intent. The role interfaces closely with DCO, consultants, contractors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute faade systems (unitized, semi-unitized, stick) as per approved drawings and project specifications

- Coordinate with DCO, design consultants, and contractors to resolve drawings, RFIs, and site challenges

- Plan and monitor faade installation in line with project schedules and milestones

- Ensure adherence to approved mock-ups, material specifications, and QA/QC benchmarks

- Supervise contractors, manpower, and installation methodology at site

- Manage material delivery, inspection, storage, and handling of faade components

- Drive snagging, de-snagging, and final faade handover





- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and site protocols

Key Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical

- 512 years of relevant experience in faade execution with real estate developers or reputed faade contractors

- Experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects is mandatory

- Solid understanding of faade systems, installation sequencing, and site coordination

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced site execution

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to faade performance criteria (wind load, water tightness, air infiltration)

- Experience in premium/luxury projects is an advantage

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD for drawing interpretation
