Urgent Immediate Joiner Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong programming skills in C and C++, with working knowledge of Python.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Operating System fundamentals.
- Good understanding of embedded systems and RTOS.
- Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, preferably STM32, ESP32, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN protocols.
- Understanding of low-level system design and embedded software development.
- Experience with Git/version control.
- Understanding of BMS and rechargeable Lithium-based battery packs.

2+ years of relevant experience in Embedded Software Development.
- Readiness for onsite deployment and colocation with customer team to support joint development efforts
- Solid hands-on programming experience in C/C++.
- Practical experience in embedded systems and RTOS.
- Experience working with microcontrollers such as STM32/ESP32 or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN.




- Experience with unit testing and system-level integration testing.
- Understanding of Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Lithium-based battery packs.
- Ability to work closely with hardware and software teams for hardware-software integration.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile (ICP)

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Embedded Software Development.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++, RTOS, and embedded systems.
- Experience with STM32/ESP32 or similar microcontrollers.
- Strong knowledge of I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN.
- Hands-on experience in BMS / battery-related embedded systems.
- Experience in unit testing, HIL testing, and system integration.
- Exposure to UAV, avionics, aerospace, defence, or automotive applications preferred.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and hardware-software integration skills.

- Industry preference: Electric Vehicles, UAV manufacturers, consumer hardware manufacturers, BESS manufacturers
- Tier 1 Engineering colleges preferred
