We are hiring experienced E&M; IP Medical Coders with strong knowledge of medical coding guidelines and hands-on experience in Evaluation & Management (E&M;) / Inpatient Coding. Roles & Responsibilities

- Review medical records and assign accurate codes based on clinical documentation.
- Perform E&M; and IP medical coding in accordance with applicable coding guidelines.
- Review physician documentation, diagnosis details, procedures, and other relevant clinical information.
- Ensure coding accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify documentation gaps and discrepancies that may impact accurate coding.
- Maintain required productivity and quality standards.
- Follow coding updates, compliance requirements, and established process guidelines.
- Participate in quality reviews, feedback sessions,



and coding-related training as required.

Skills Required

- Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in E&M; IP Coding.
- Valuable understanding of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and E&M; coding concepts.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and clinical documentation.
- Good analytical and medical-record interpretation skills.
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on coding accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- CPC, CCS, or COC certification required.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant E&M; IP Coding experience is mandatory.
- Candidates should possess proper employment documents from their previous organization.
- Candidates can apply those who can join immediately or serving up to 60 days' notice period.
- Willingness to work from office in Hyderabad or Noida is mandatory.
