We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Electronics & Embedded Hardware Engineer capable of designing, developing, and building complete electronic products from scratch.
The ideal candidate should be able to take a product idea and independently convert it into a fully functional hardware prototype, including electronic circuit design, microcontroller programming, custom PCB development, sensor integration, communication modules, and physical product assembly.
We need someone who is not limited to programming Arduino or ESP32 development boards but can also design custom electronic hardware and develop production-ready prototypes.
Key Responsibilities
- Hardware Design & Prototyping
- Develop complete electronic hardware prototypes from initial concepts.
- Work with Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, STM32, Raspberry Pi, and other microcontrollers.
- Design custom electronic circuits and hardware architectures.
- Select appropriate chips, sensors, microcontrollers, and electronic components.
- Build working prototypes using breadboards, development kits, and custom PCBs.
- Design compact, low-power, and battery-operated electronic devices.
- PCB & Circuit Design
- Design electronic schematics and multilayer PCBs.
- Work with KiCad, Altium Designer, EasyEDA, or similar tools.
- Design custom boards integrating microcontrollers, RF modules, sensors, and power circuits.
- Prepare Gerber files, BOMs, and PCB manufacturing documentation.
- Handle component soldering, SMD assembly, debugging, and board testing.
- Work with PCB manufacturers to produce and validate working boards.
- Embedded Firmware Development
- Develop firmware using Embedded C/C++, Arduino IDE, ESP-IDF, and PlatformIO.
- Work with FreeRTOS and embedded operating environments.
- Implement I2C, SPI, UART, USB, GPIO, PWM, ADC, and other hardware interfaces.
- Develop OTA firmware updates, device diagnostics, and remote configuration.
- Optimize firmware for stability, power efficiency, and performance.
- Wireless Communication & IoT
- Integrate Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, BLE, LoRa, RFID, NFC, GPS, and communication modules.
- Develop long-range and short-range wireless communication prototypes.
- Implement MQTT, HTTP, WebSocket, and IoT device-to-cloud connectivity.
- Develop communication between electronic devices and Android/iOS applications.
- Work with antennas, RF modules, and wireless communication protocols.
- Chip & Custom Hardware Development
- Select and integrate semiconductor chips, microcontrollers, and communication ICs.
- Develop custom chip-based circuit designs without relying exclusively on ready-made development boards.
- Understand microcontroller architecture, power management ICs, and peripheral circuits.
- Work with FPGA, Verilog/VHDL, or digital logic design where applicable.
- Optimize hardware designs for miniaturization, cost, and manufacturing.
- End-to-End Product Development
- Convert product requirements into practical electronic hardware solutions.
- Create functional proof-of-concept devices.
- Build physical product prototypes with suitable enclosures.
- Integrate batteries, charging circuits, USB-C, and power management.
- Perform circuit debugging using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
- Conduct hardware reliability, battery, thermal, and functional testing.
- Prepare prototypes for pilot manufacturing and mass production.
Example Projects The engineer may work on products such as:
- ESP32-based RFID and biometric attendance systems.
- Portable LoRa communication and emergency messaging devices.
- Bluetooth/Wi-Fi smart electronic accessories.
- IoT tracking, monitoring, and automation devices.
- Custom microcontroller-based electronic products.
- Battery-powered portable smart devices.
- Mobile-connected electronic hardware accessories.
Required Skills

and embedded systems.
- Hands-on experience with Arduino, ESP32, and STM32.
- Practical experience in schematic design and PCB layout.
- Embedded C/C++ programming.
- Sensor, RFID, wireless module, and peripheral integration.
- Ability to solder, assemble, test, and troubleshoot hardware.
- Understanding of voltage regulation, battery management, and power optimization.
- Ability to build an entire working prototype independently.
- Experience preparing BOMs, production files, and technical documentation.
Preferred Skills
- FPGA development and Verilog/VHDL.
- RF/antenna design and LoRa communication.
- RTOS and embedded Linux.
- 3D printing and enclosure prototyping.
- Mobile application and cloud API integration.
- Experience converting prototypes into manufacturing-ready products.
- Knowledge of electronic component sourcing and PCB assembly vendors.
Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
Candidates with robust practical hardware development experience and a demonstrated portfolio are encouraged to apply regardless of formal qualifications.
What We Expect
We are specifically looking for a practical hardware developer who can:
- Understand a product idea and create the hardware design.
- Choose the required electronic components and chips.
- Design the circuit and PCB.
- Write and flash embedded firmware.
- Assemble and debug the electronic hardware.
- Build a fully functional physical prototype.
- Improve and prepare the design for manufacturing.
Candidates must demonstrate previous working hardware projects. Experience limited to Arduino tutorials or simulation-only projects will not be sufficient.
How to Apply
