About the Role The Electrician Trainer – Electrical will be responsible to conduct practical and technical training sessions for electricians. The role involves developing training materials, delivering hands-on sessions, assessing participants' learning, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer related to electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop training curriculum, session plans, and learning materials for electrical training.
- Conduct two-day in-person technical training sessions for electricians.
- Deliver practical demonstrations and hands-on sessions covering electrical installation, wiring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety.
- Explain technical concepts, tools, equipment, and industry practices in a simple and practical manner.
- Prepare baseline and endline assessment questionnaires to evaluate participants' knowledge and learning.
- Assess participants' understanding and provide guidance wherever required.




- Maintain training attendance and related documentation.
- Prepare and submit a brief training completion report highlighting sessions conducted, participant participation, and learning outcomes.

Qualification & Experience

- BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. Diploma holders with relevant industry and training experience may also be considered.
- Prior experience in electrical installation, maintenance, wiring, troubleshooting, and electrical safety.
- Experience in conducting technical training, skill development, or capacity-building programs.
- Robust practical knowledge of electrical systems, tools, equipment, and industry practices.

Required Skills

- Good technical training and facilitation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on training.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and practices.
- Ability to assess participants' learning and prepare training reports.
- Willingness to travel to assigned training locations as required.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per day
