Supervise daily electrical maintenance, installation and repair activities. Troubleshoot faults in machines, motors, wiring, sensors, PLCs, VFDs and control panels. Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
Coordinate machine installation, commissioning and electrical connections. Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports and preventive schedules. Ensure the availability of electrical spares, tools and materials.
Supervise electricians and technicians, allocate tasks and monitor work progress. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, PPE and LOTO procedures. Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
Identify recurring faults, implement corrective actions and maintain housekeeping and 5S in the work area.
