Role & responsibilities

- Handle incoming student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand students' learning requirements, interests, educational backgrounds and career goals.
- Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable foreign and Indian language courses.
- Explain course details, structure, duration, fees, batch schedules and learning benefits.
- Follow up with interested leads and guide them throughout the admission process.
- Convert prospective enquiries into successful course admissions.
- Handle student counselling through phone calls, online meetings and in-person interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and admission status in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and ensure a smooth admission experience.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
- 13 years of experience in Educational Counselling, EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, Admissions or Customer Relationship Management preferred.




- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate course recommendations.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation and admission conversion skills.
- Comfortable handling calls, managing leads and working with targets.
- Positive attitude, confidence, patience and a student-centric approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
