Senior Associate EdTech Sales / Educational Counsellor || Day Shift (2-Way Cab)

We are hiring experienced candidates for EdTech Sales / Educational Counselling roles. Candidates should have excellent Hindi and English communication skills, strong sales abilities, and experience in counselling prospective students and converting leads into admissions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Connect with prospective students and explain educational programs and courses.
- Counsel students regarding course details, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospective students into admissions.
- Handle student queries and provide appropriate guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: Graduate (No Pursuing).
- Experience:



Minimum 3+ years in EdTech Sales / Educational Sales / Educational Counselling.
- Languages: Fluent Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory.
- EPFO History: Must have a clear EPFO employment history.
- Joining: Immediate joiners to candidates with a maximum 10-day notice period.

Salary & Benefits:

- CTC: Up to 7 LPA.
- Shift: Day Shift.
- Working Days: 5 days a week, 2 days off.
- Transportation: Two-way cab facility provided.
