- Process: E-Commerce Blended Support (Voice & Non-Voice)
- Salary: 22,000 In-Hand Per Month
- Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
- Experience: Freshers Only
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Week Offs: 1 Rotational Week Off
- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Cab Facility: Not Available
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Comfortable handling voice and non-voice customer queries.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
