E-Learning Developer – Global Learning Programme

Location: Pune, India – Office Based, 10am-6am and 2-10pm shift options

Reports to: Lead Instructional Designer Works closely with: Instructional Designers, Content Development Program Managers, Project Manager, Graphic Designers and QA The Role We're looking for experienced E-Learning Developers to build high-quality digital learning content for a large-scale global learning programme. Working from instructional designs, storyboards and agreed content requirements, you'll turn learning concepts into engaging, polished digital learning experiences.

This is primarily a development and production role: Instructional Designers own the learning design, while you bring that design to life through effective use of authoring tools, multimedia and technology.You'll work within a high-volume production environment where quality, consistency and speed of development are equally important.

What You'll Be Doing

- Build interactive eLearning modules from approved storyboards and designs.
- Develop and update digital learning assets using agreed authoring tools and templates.
- Incorporate graphics, video, audio, assessments and interactive elements.
- Work closely with Instructional Designers to translate learning designs into effective digital experiences.
- Ensure content follows agreed visual, accessibility, technical and quality standards.




- Complete revisions arising from SME, stakeholder and QA reviews.
- Test content across relevant platforms and devices and resolve development issues.
- Maintain accurate version control and source files.
- Support urgent updates and accelerated content-development requirements.
- Use AI, automation and emerging development tools to improve speed, consistency and production efficiency.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years' experience in eLearning development or digital learning production.
- Robust hands-on experience with Articulate Rise and modern eLearning authoring tools.
- Experience working with Google Workspace/Google tools within collaborative content development environments.
- Knowledge of Connect Composer, Evolve, Camtasia and Adobe Captivate is desirable but we can upskill on these tools is necessary.
- Strong understanding of responsive digital learning and multimedia production.
- Ability to work accurately from storyboards, templates and design specifications.
- Good understanding of accessibility, QA and digital-learning standards.
- Comfortable managing multiple deliverables in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong interest in using AI and automation as part of the development workflow.
