Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online sales operations across various e-commerce marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, marketplace management, order processing, inventory coordination, sales growth and overall online business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and handle e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other online marketplaces.
- Create, update and optimise product listings, descriptions, images and pricing.
- Manage product catalogue, inventory and stock availability.
- Monitor orders, returns, cancellations and customer queries.
- Plan and execute online sales and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor marketplace performance, sales reports and revenue.
- Coordinate with warehouse,



dispatch and logistics teams.
- Implement strategies to improve product visibility, ranking and online sales.
- Analyse competitors, pricing and market trends.
- Manage marketplace advertising and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce Operations / Marketplace Management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and Meesho.
- Good understanding of product listing, inventory management and order processing.
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising, sales analytics and performance reports.
- Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
