E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive

We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage customer communication, order processing and logistics for our growing e-commerce jewellery brand.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

- Manage incoming customer enquiries on Interakt (WhatsApp).
- Handle order-related queries, delivery updates, size issues, exchanges and returns.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve post-purchase concerns promptly.

Order Management

- Monitor and process incoming Shopify orders.
- Verify order details and coordinate with the packing team for timely dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, returns and exchanges.

Shipping & Logistics

- Book shipments through Shipway and Blue Dart.




- Generate shipping labels and coordinate courier pickups.
- Arrange reverse pickups for returns and exchanges.
- Track shipments, manage RTOs and follow up on failed or delayed deliveries.
- Coordinate with courier partners to resolve delivery issues.

Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic proficiency in computers and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Solid organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Experience with Shopify, Interakt or courier platforms is preferred.
- Prior e-commerce operations experience is an advantage.
