Role Overview

Shakti Global is looking for an experienced, skilled, and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in marketplace management, product listing, order processing, inventory management, and catalogue operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Management

- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra.
- Handle product listings and catalogue management across multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and other product details.
- Ensure accurate and timely product uploads and catalogue updates.
- Monitor marketplace performance and resolve listing-related issues.

1. Order & Purchase Management

- Manage daily order processing and purchase orders.
- Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely order execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment, packaging, and dispatch.
- Track pending orders and resolve order-related issues.




- Ensure smooth order management across all marketplaces.

1. Product & Inventory Management

- Monitor product availability and stock levels across platforms.
- Maintain accurate product, stock, and inventory records.
- Coordinate with warehouse and purchase teams for stock updates.
- Ensure proper catalogue and product information across all marketplaces.
- Prevent stock mismatches and inventory-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–6 years of proven experience in E-commerce Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon and Flipkart.
- Good working knowledge of Meesho and Myntra marketplace operations.
- Expertise in product listing, catalogue management, and order processing.
- Solid understanding of purchase orders and inventory management.
- Experience in handling multiple marketplace operations independently.
- Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and e-commerce reporting.
