Role & responsibilities

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with solid Dynamics 365 CE/CRM architecture and delivery experience

- Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service solution architecture

- Dataverse data modelling: tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules and business process flows

- Power Apps Model-driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages and Power Automate

- Solution design covering scalability, security, performance and maintainability

- C#, JavaScript, plugins, custom workflows, custom APIs and client-side extensions

- Enterprise integration using REST APIs, web services, custom connectors and middleware

- Dataverse security model: business units, teams, security roles, field security and record access

- ALM, managed solutions, environment strategy and deployment governance
