Job Purpose To establish and maintain partnerships with nearby hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and other healthcare providers through Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), ensuring smooth patient referrals and coordinated healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach nearby hospitals, clinics and healthcare facilities for partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate with hospital management, doctors and administrative teams to establish healthcare MOUs.
- Explain our healthcare services, referral process and partnership benefits to potential hospital partners.
- Negotiate and coordinate MOU terms, including referral procedures, service availability and agreed commercial terms.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing hospital partners and ensure effective coordination.
- Facilitate patient referrals, specialist consultations, diagnostic services and hospital admissions as required.
- Conduct regular field visits to hospitals and healthcare centres to develop new partnerships and strengthen existing relationships.
- Maintain records of hospital contacts, signed MOUs, referrals and partnership activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to patient referrals and healthcare services.
- Achieve monthly targets for new hospital tie-ups, MOUs and partnership development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Any degree; healthcare or business administration background preferred.
- Experience in hospital coordination, healthcare operations, medical marketing or business development preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and hospital meetings.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare services, patient referral procedures and MOU documentation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of new hospital tie-ups and MOUs completed.
- Number of active hospital partnerships maintained.
- Patient referral volume and successful referral coordination.
- Achievement of monthly partnership development targets.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
