The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, maintaining guest satisfaction, handling guest complaints, and ensuring that hotel service standards and company policies are consistently followed.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth coordination between all departments.
- Ensure excellent guest service and maintain high guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints, queries, and special requests professionally.
- Conduct regular operational rounds to ensure cleanliness, grooming, and service standards.
- Monitor Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Security, and other operational departments.
- Ensure all staff follow grooming, uniform, Namaskar, and guest greeting standards.
- Coordinate with Department Heads to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and overall performance during the shift.
- Ensure proper handover of duties and communicate important updates between shifts.
- Monitor VIP arrivals, guest movements, and special arrangements.
- Ensure safety, security, hygiene,



and hotel SOP compliance.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports to the management.
- Take immediate corrective action wherever service or operational gaps are identified.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hotel operations.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Solid guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and departmental coordination.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations.

Reporting To: Operations Manager Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
