Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Marketing Executive with hands-on drone-industry experience to drive sales, marketing and business development activities. The role bridges clients and our technical teams: understanding client requirements, coordinating the right drone solutions, preparing proposals and presentations, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales, Marketing & Business Development

- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the drone sector.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Support commercial discussions, negotiations and business development activities.
- Represent the company at client meetings, demonstrations and exhibitions.

Project & Solution Coordination

- Understand client requirements and coordinate appropriate technical solutions with internal teams.
- Translate technical drone requirements into clear, client-friendly communication.
- Coordinate with technical and business teams on project requirements and timelines.

Proposals, Presentations & Documentation

- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, presentations, project documents and reports.

• Create and deliver high-quality PPT presentations to clients, management and stakeholders.

- Maintain records of leads, clients, meetings,



proposals and project-related activities.

Client Relationship Management

- Conduct client meetings, capture requirements and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- B.Tech / B.E. in Engineering.
- Any regular Post-Graduation (PG) qualification.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in the drone industry.
- Candidates who completed graduation 5–6 years ago with 3–4 years of relevant drone-industry experience may be considered.

Technical & Functional Skills

- Good understanding of drone technology, applications, components and the industry ecosystem.
- Proven exposure to drone sales, marketing and business development.
- Excellent PPT and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication; good command of English and Hindi.
- Solid client relationship management skills.
- Good documentation, proposal and report-preparation skills.

Soft Skills

- Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Team collaboration and coordination skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-solving and relationship-building mindset.
