Salary - upto 3.5 LPA for EXPERIENCED only

FLUENT NORTH INDIAN HINDI SPEAKING MANDATORY

Eligibility:

- Min 1 yr of exp into domestic voice process or international voice process only
- Graduation mandatory and need PC & CMM
- Valuable English Communication Skills
- Fluent North Indian Hindi Speaking needed
- Immediate Joiners Preferred

Salary:

- Experience - UPTO 3.5 LPA,30% hike depending on current salary and performance
- Travel allowance provided upto 2k

Shift Details:

* Day Shifts

- 6 Days Working
- 1 Rotational Week Off

- Handle customer queries through voice support
- Provide prompt and accurate resolutions
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain quality and productivity standards
- Follow company policies and process guidelines
