Job Role - District Supervisor (Ed-Tech)

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor district-level training programs and ensure quality delivery.
- Coordinate with trainers, schools, and district sales teams.
- Ensure compliance with MEPSC standards, documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational institutions.
- Identify and resolve on-ground operational challenges.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor training implementation and performance.

What We're Looking For:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in academic coordination, training, or field operations.
- Solid coordination, organizational, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.
