We are looking for an experienced Disaster Recovery Coordinator for a mid-Senior -level prospect based in Bangalore/Hyderabad.

Role Overview The Disaster Recovery (DR) L3 Engineer is a senior technical role responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprisegrade disaster recovery and business continuity solutions. This role provides deep technical expertise during DR architecture planning, develops runbooks, executes DR drills, resolves complex escalations, and ensures organizational resilience against system failures, cyberattacks, and largescale outages.

Technical Skills

- Understanding of Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BC) concepts.
- Knowledge of DR lifecycle, recovery planning, testing, execution, and post-test activities.
- Familiarity with infrastructure components such as Servers, Storage, Network, Database, Active Directory, Cloud, and Virtualization technologies.
- Understanding of backup and recovery technologies
- Experience in coordinating DR tests, failover, and failback activities
- Understanding of RTO, RPO, Recovery Priorities, and Application Dependencies.
- Experience with DR runbooks, recovery procedures, and validation processes.
- Knowledge of incident management and change management processes.
- Familiarity with audit,



compliance, and evidence collection requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Visio.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate DR planning, readiness reviews, and testing activities.
- Schedule and facilitate DR meetings, bridge calls, and stakeholder communications.
- Track recovery activities, timelines, risks, issues, and action items.
- Ensure recovery procedures, runbooks, and documentation are maintained.
- Coordinate evidence collection and support audit/compliance requirements.
- Escalate issues during DR exercises and drive resolution.
- Prepare DR reports, test results, lessons learned, and management updates.
- Act as the central point of contact for all DR-related activities.
