Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of complex software systems, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable distributed systems on AWS cloud platform.
- Oversee technical architecture decisions, including system design, data modeling, and integration with third-party services.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for security, performance optimization, and maintainability.
Job Requirements :
- 15-20 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as a Software Engineering Director or similar role.
- Robust expertise in developing large-scale distributed systems using AWS cloud platform.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- In-depth knowledge of distribution system design principles and implementation strategies.
