Job Summary:
CDIL is looking for a Diploma Engineer Quality Assurance to perform quality assurance activities and ensure adherence to quality requirements. The role includes checking basic electronic parameters, conducting QA and production line audits, and following applicable ISO and Hi-Rel quality standards. The candidate should have knowledge of basic electronics, quality assurance processes,and relevant quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance:
Check that products and processes meet the required quality standards and procedures.
- Electronic Components: Have basic knowledge of electronic components such as diodes and transistors, and be able to check their parameters.
- QA Audits: Conduct quality audits to ensure that quality standards and requirements are being followed.
- Line Audits: Check production lines to ensure that manufacturing activities follow the required quality procedures.
- ISO Standards: Understand and follow quality requirements as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Hi-Rel Quality: Understand and follow High Reliability (Hi-Rel) quality requirements.
- QA Qualification: Carry out quality qualification activities as per the required standards and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification required- Diploma in Electronics.
- 1-2 Years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) processes.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components and parameters, particularly diodes and transistors is preferred.
- Knowledge of QA audits and production line audits.
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Understanding of High Reliability (Hi-Rel) quality requirements.
- Knowledge of QA qualification.
