Role Description

We are looking for a hands on Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, manage and execute digital marketing strategies for RAYGUN and its clients.

The role involves social media management, content strategy, SEO, performance marketing and digital brand development across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the founder, creative team and clients to ensure effective execution and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and other relevant platforms.

Develop content calendars, campaign ideas, captions and platform-specific content strategies.

Manage SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimisation and organic website growth.

Plan, execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns using Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Monitor analytics, track performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.





Coordinate with video editors, content creators and clients to ensure timely execution.

Research industry trends, audience behaviour and new opportunities to improve brand visibility and growth.

Skills & Qualifications

Practical knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.

Robust understanding of content strategy, copywriting and organic growth.

Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.

Experience or understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Good communication, creative thinking and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Relevant experience or a strong practical portfolio in digital marketing.
