FLEXLINE is an emerging HVAC and Air Conditioning solutions company focused on delivering professional AC installation, maintenance, repair and technical services across North Kerala.

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence, generate customer enquiries and build our brand across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and grow FLEXLINE's Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
2. Create engaging social media posts, promotional creatives, reels and video content.
3. Plan and execute Facebook and Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns.
4. Generate quality customer leads for AC installation, repair and maintenance services.
5. Manage Google Business Profile and improve local search visibility.
6. Implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings on Google.
7. Develop monthly digital marketing strategies and content calendars.
8. Monitor advertising performance, lead generation and marketing ROI.
9. Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to convert enquiries into customers.
10. Analyse competitors and identify recent digital marketing opportunities.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Facebook/Instagram marketing.
- Experience in Canva,



Photoshop or similar graphic design tools.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut or Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and SEO.
- Understanding of lead generation and digital advertising.
- Good communication and content-writing skills.
- Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns independently.
- Creative thinking and a results-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in local business marketing, service industries or home services will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Malayalam and English is essential.
